Privacy
Effective date: July 16, 2026. This policy explains what Service2Civilian collects, how we use it, and what information you should not submit.

Information you provide
We may collect the information you submit while using the product, such as your email address, account details, military role summaries, duties, skills, target civilian roles, optional job descriptions, business context, support messages, and generated outputs.
Usage, payment, and technical data
We may store generation history, plan status, credit usage, checkout identifiers, subscription identifiers, payment status, refund status, page views, click events, referrers, browser user-agent data, and basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the service. Payment processors handle payment details. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials.
Sensitive data we do not want
Do not submit Social Security numbers, DD214 files, VA claim numbers, disability ratings, medical information, mental health information, classified information, government identification documents, full payment card details, or other highly sensitive personal data. The service is designed to work from summaries, not sensitive documents.
How we use information
We use information to provide AI-generated drafts, match military experience to civilian language, manage accounts and credits, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent abuse or fraud, troubleshoot errors, improve product quality, and comply with legal or payment-provider obligations.
AI processing
When you generate content, your prompts and related context may be sent to configured AI providers, including OpenAI-compatible providers and DeepSeek or similar model providers. These providers process the information so the service can return AI output. Do not submit information you are not comfortable having processed by these providers.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the service, including hosting, database, authentication, payment, analytics, logging, and AI infrastructure providers. Current providers may include Supabase, Vercel, Creem, and configured AI model providers. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Data retention
We keep account, generation, payment, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain usage limits, resolve billing issues, meet legal or payment-provider requirements, and protect the product. You may request deletion, but we may retain limited records where required for security, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can reduce data collection by submitting summarized, non-sensitive information. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@service2civilian.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive submissions.
Children
Service2Civilian is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International use
The service may be operated from, and data may be processed in, countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed by our providers where they operate.
Changes and contact
